Every time a group of friends, family or business people get together for a banquet or meeting it's an event. And you've come to the right place! Austyn's is where great food meets hospitality to create the best events. Austyn's has banquet facilities for 80 and the banquet room is available for your event any time of the day or night.

Menu Selections

Austyn's menu selections are offered only as suggestions. If you have a preference that is not included in our menu selections, we will be happy to arrange for a special menu just right to suit your needs. And please don't forget the extras - Austyn's offers delicious homemade desserts and a fantastic range of wines to complement every menu choice.

In addition to the menu selections offered here all of the plated dinners from Austyn's current menu are also available as selections for your event.

 

Beverage Bar Service

Austyn's offers a variety of bar services to best suit your occasion and budget.

 

Payment

A deposit is needed to secure our banquet room for the date and time of your event. The remaining balance is due at the conclusion of your event. Your deposit will be refunded if cancellation notice is received 72 hours prior to event (30 days for holiday booking).  Tax & Service - 18% gratuity will be added to your final bill.
 

Guaranteed Guest Count

At Austyn's we want to make sure that we have the food and services to properly handle your banquet. Please provide us with the number of guests (guaranteed guest count) seven business days prior to your event. The guaranteed count is the lowest number of meals for which you will be required to pay. And, since Austyn's likes to be prepared to take care of surprise guests, we will be ready to provide food for those last minute arrivals - up to ten percent (10%) over the guaranteed guest count. Your minimum charge will be for the guaranteed guest count with a maximum charge for the actual number in attendance.

Our menu selection sheets indicate the minimum number of persons required to set up for your special event. Anything less than that and Austyn's would be pleased to accept your party in the restaurant during regular hours of operation.
 

Other

Austyn's banquet rooms are available for events that do not include food or beverage. Based on your group's individual needs, a private room can be arranged for a reasonable charge. Call your Phi Chen, onsite owner of Austyn',  for more information.

It is Austyn's would be happy to serve your very special items such as birthday cakes. It would be our pleasure to assist you in these efforts and/or receive and store these special items on the day of your event.

All food and beverage prices are subject to change until the banquet event order has been completed showing specific prices.
